Hi! My name is Kim, or Kimmy.
I'm a trauma informed Breathwork Guide. My goal is to help guide you in releasing stored trauma & emotions, regulate your nervous system, get unstuck and be able to step into your full potential in this beautiful life.
I've spent my whole life knowing I was meant to help people, but had to go through a lifetime of my own experiences first. Through my own healing journey, I stumbled upon somatic healing and knew immediately this is what I was supposed to be doing. Over the last few years I've taken multiple courses on trauma, the polyvagal theory, nervous system regulation & trauma informed breathwork.
